Return & Refund Policy

 

Before making any request of the item, the return item must meet all the criteria as below:

  1. The item is still in good condition with the manufactures packaging without any damage or rip effect. The item are “used” without the packaging and we may not able to proceed your return.
  2. All tags and labels must attached.
  3. You must return all the complete set of purchased with free gift or accessories that issued to you.

If you meet all requirement above and wish to proceed return you may follow this step below:

  1. You may return your item to us within 7 calendar days, countdown starts from the date you received the item as in couriers system. If exceed this period, kindly check the warranty status of the item and proceed to redeem by contacting the manufacture directly for further assistance.
  2. Before return the item, you must email to us at enquiry@microntm.com with subject RETURN ONLINE – INVOICE NO.xxxxxx to obtain our RMA or SALES RETURN NO.
  3. You must include proof of purchase such as order number or tax invoice when you emailing to us.
  4. After we reply and provide you with RMA or SALES RETURN number, you may pack the item and mark the RMA or Sales return No on the box and post it to us at this address :-

  1. Quality evaluation process may take up to 2 – 3 business day and replacement request process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned item.
  2. Any return stock that not meets our guideline will be send back to customer after we notify you through email.
  3. For product exchange, customer should choose a higher value product and customer is require to pay the differences. No refund will be given if the value is lower.
  4. Customer should be responsible for all costs incurred in connection with any exchanges made, except where the relevant exchange is made due to defects in products, in which case, we shall be responsible for round-trip delivery cost such defective product.

REFUND

  1. If the products has been used or damaged by customers, there will be no any refund.
  2. Micron TM will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
  3. Once we checked and confirmed the products, customer will received their fund within 7 working days after the confirmation.
